What types of pens are available?

Pens come in various types, including ballpoint, rollerball, gel, and stylus pens. Ballpoint pens use an oil-based ink and are known for their reliability. Rollerball pens use water-based ink for a smoother writing experience. Gel pens offer vibrant colors and quick-drying ink. Fountain pens provide a classic writing style with refillable ink. Stylus pens have a tip for touchscreen devices.

Can pens be customized?

Yes, pens can be customized with logos, text, or designs. Customization options often include engraving, screen printing, or digital printing on the barrel or clip of the pen. Custom pens are popular for corporate gifts, promotional items, and events.

What materials are pens made from?

Pens are made from a variety of materials, including plastic, metal, and wood. Plastic pens are lightweight and cost-effective, metal pens offer a more premium feel and durability, and wooden pens provide a unique and elegant touch.

How do I choose the right pen for my needs?

Choosing the right pen depends on factors such as the writing experience you prefer (smooth, bold, fine), the pen’s intended use (daily writing, formal documents, or artistic purposes), and whether you need features like a stylus tip or refillable ink.

How can I refill or replace ink in a pen?

The method for refilling or replacing ink varies by pen type. Ballpoint and gel pens often use replaceable cartridges or refillable ink tubes. Fountain pens require ink cartridges or bottled ink and a converter. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for refilling to ensure proper functionality.

What is the difference between a ballpoint and a rollerball pen?

Ballpoint pens use oil-based ink, which dries quickly and is less likely to smudge. They are known for their reliability and long-lasting ink. Rollerball pens use water-based ink, providing a smoother writing experience and more vibrant colors but may take longer to dry and can smudge more easily.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.

If you are tax-exempt, simply enter your tax exemption number at checkout, and the tax will be automatically waived.
